Maria sighed as she gazed down at the people walking the streets below her.It had been two years since she left England at the age of 17, and come to Roma to live with her uncle. She was surpprizd that she actualy liked it here then back in England. She then looked at the sky and smiled as she saw a small group of birds fly by, tweeting their beautiful music. She then stood up from her window and walked downstairs to see what her aunt, was making for dinner, tonight would be the night when she became a true member of the creed, and be able to seek her revenge on those that harmed her parents.
"Morning Maria." Her aunt Katrina said as she smiled at her young niece, as she was busy about the kitchen, prepairing the huge feast for the new assassins. Maria just smiled, she felt like one of her uncles own children since she moved here. He kept her safe, tought her stuff boys learned in school, and trained her in the ways of the creed. This was the night she was dreaming of, the night when she would become a true hero, just like her father was. Maria then wen't over to the table and looked around for her uncle.
"Where is Zio (Uncle)?" Maria asked as she looked out the window, seeing if he was standing outside. Her aunt shrugged her shoulders. To her dismay he was no where in sight. Maria then sighed sadly as she looked at her aunt.
"He walked out this morning saying he had some things to do, and would be back tonight for our ceremony dear." She said. Maria then sighed as she quickly got her assassin robes on and put the hood over her head.
"I'm just going to look around from the roof tops she said, as she opened the door and stepped, out into the open world of Roma. Maria then closed her eyes and inhaled the fresh air, she then smiled and began walking down the streets looking around and smiling at people.
